In March 1998 we acquired 100% of the Hotel Libertador from Citicorp Equity Investment for an aggregate purchase price of US$ 23 million. This hotel is located in downtown Buenos Aires. The hotel contains 193 rooms and 7 suites, eight meeting rooms, a restaurant, a business center, a spa and fitness facilities with a swimming pool.
