Social

Community

We are an integral part of the communities in which our businesses are located.

We aim to articulate our activities with community agendas, balancing economic, social and environmental value.

Our actions help those in need and generate awareness among the people who are part of our company about the need to get involved with community assistance.

From our offices, shopping centers and different business units we seek to disseminate community activities and raise awareness about social issues.

We seek to partner and work with large companies and suppliers committed locally and globally with the triple impact of their actions.

Customer service and support

Conectados con VOS is our contact center, where we manage interactions with customers through different customer service channels, including social networks, telephony, e-mails and telepresence.

We integrated new external platforms (IVR, Bot) with our CRM to have more information from our customers in order to analyze and collaborate in decision making, permanently optimizing services. These improvements changed our customers’ perception of service quality: the NPS (Net Promoter Score) of the Contact Center grew in the last year, reaching +57 and achieving the defined KPI objectives.

Foundations

IRSA Foundation aims to develop programs and initiatives that promote the integral development of people, with a focus on Education, Human Wellbeing and Inclusion.

Since 1996 we have accompanied more than 100 civil society organizations, with the conviction that only through joint work and networking is it possible to build a more equitable and inclusive society.

We support projects related to initial literacy , youth training, food safety, hospital equipment and assistance, prevention of child violence, and labor inclusion, as part of our commitment to a comprehensive social agenda.

By supporting observatories, data repositories and research centers, we contribute to the formulation of public policies, reaffirming our commitment to the generation of quality data that builds evidence for decision-making.

We work in the construction of sustained links with communities, social organizations, public agencies, companies, universities, promoting spaces for exchange and continuous improvement.

The Abasto Children’s Museum proposes an alternative meeting space that integrates play, movement, perception, understanding and expression, encouraging curiosity, interest in the unknown and the imagination of a transforming look.

Based on the declaration of the rights of children, it was designed to promote the development of their own potential “learning by doing” and “playing and having fun learning” which are for us fundamental concepts of this space.

The Children’s Museum has been declared of educational, cultural and tourist interest by National and City of Buenos Aires governmental entities.

Puerta 18 is an open and free space for artistic and technological creation, aimed at facilitating access to young people from 13 to 24 years old to digital teaching and learning spaces, preparing them for the world of work.

The experience of the road we have traveled so far together with more than 100 civil society organizations encourages us to multiply the impact of our projects in the future and to commit ourselves in the long term to the development of our country.

To this end, we work in partnership with various organizations, such as ADEEI, IDEL, AMIA, Fundación Forge and Diagonal.

We also created two internal networks: the Disability Network and the Gender Network, which promote equality and inclusion within our company in order to fulfill our commitment.
