The Company has resolved to early redeem all of the remaining USD 58.2 million of Class IX Notes due March 1, 2023.
The redemption will take place on February 17, 2023, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the Prospectus Supplement of the Class IX Notes.
The redemption price will be 100% of the face value of each outstanding Class IX Negotiable Obligation, plus accrued and unpaid interest.
