The Company announces that it has sold and transferred two floors of the “261 Della Paolera” tower located in the Catalinas district of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for a lease area of approximately 2,394 sq. m. and 18 parking units located in the building.
The transaction price was approximately USD 22.5 million (USD 9,380/m2), which was paid in full. Following this transaction, IRSA retains ownership of 12 floors of the property with an approximate rentable area of 14,437 sq. m., in addition to parking units and other complementary spaces. The accounting result of this transaction will be recognized in the Company’s Financial Statements for the 3rd quarter of PF 2023.
