The Company communicates that its Board of Directors has approved an addendum to the credit line granted by IRSA Propiedades Comerciales S.A. (IRCP) to IRSA and / or its subsidiaries that do not consolidate with IRCP
for up to USD 180.000.000 according to the following conditions: (i) the credit line may be granted in US Dollars or Argentinian Pesos (ii) the rest of the credit line contract conditions remain in force.
Having consulted the Audit Committee in the terms of section 72 and subsequent of the Capital Market Law No. 26,831, it has issued an opinion without objections to be made regarding the transaction mentioned above. Such opinion is at disposal of the Shareholders in the corporate headquarters.
