The Company received two environmental certifications for the Zetta Building and the Alto Palermo shopping mall.
The Company is pleased to inform that its Zetta building, located in Polo Dot, has received the LEED GOLD CORE & SHELL Certification from the US Green building council, passing its SILVER pre-certification.
This recognition is of great value for the Company that seeks to achieve high standards of environmental quality in its real estate developments with the aim of having a modern and sustainable portfolio.
Based on this certification, the Company has the obligation to report the building's water and energy consumption for a period of five years in search of better management of natural resources.
The Ministry of Public Space and Urban Hygiene of the city of Buenos Aires granted the Green Seal to Alto Palermo shopping. This Seal is part of the initiative of the Circular Economy Network and Alto Palermo is the first of the shopping malls that it certifies. It obtained a 2-star rating, which implies good practices and a commitment to responsible waste management.
The certification process includes training for both tenants and their own employees and audits carried out by the city government.
