The Company communicates that the National Securities Commission informed that the merger by absorption of the Company with IRSA Propiedades Comerciales SA (IRCP), and the dissolution without liquidation of IRCP, have been registered.
Likewise, it is reported that in the upcoming days the Company will inform the steps to be followed to carry out the exchange of IRCP shares for IRSA shares; and the withdrawal of the public offer in the markets where IRCP operates.
