The Company announced that on December 16, Clal made a public capital increase of 12,066,000 shares at a price of NIS/share 53.87, from which IDBD did not participate.
Additionally, on the same date, IDBD sold 200,000 shares of Clal at a price of NIS/share 53.95, representative of 0.3% of the new share capital.
As a result of these transactions, IDBD’s stake in Clal decreased to 9.4% of its share capital and the company owns an additional 8.2% through swaps transactions.
