The Company released a material fact in relation to IDBD investment in CLAL,
Announcing that on June 28 and July 6, 2020 IDBD sold 4,791,618 shares of Clal, that it owned through swap transactions, at a price of NIS/share 30, representative of 7.1% of the share capital.
As a result of these transactions, IDBD’s stake in Clal decreased to 8.5% of its share capital.
