The Company informs that, on November 25, 2020, it has requested the cancellation of the rating services provided by Standard & Poor's to IRSA on a global and national scale for Argentina due to the fact that the international note that Standard & Poor used to qualify has been canceled, and that to date IRSA has no other international notes outstanding. It is stated that there is no type of discrepancy with respect to the methodology used by Standard & Poor's and that local rating granted by Fix SCR S.A., risk rating Agent affiliated with Fitch Ratings, continues to be in force.
