In the plot Scalabrini Ortiz, where years ago worked the railway workshops, revived an space full of history. A big part of the old railway structures were used to transform them into an integrated commercial project. On November 9, 2004 Alto Rosario opened in the city of Rosario. The mall has a supermarket, playground events, food court and 14 theaters. All this with the clear objective to encourage and support the intense cultural life of the inhabitants of Rosario. We have already shown how important it is for the company to enhance the urban environment while preserving the country´s history through its most emblematic buildings. Examples are two of our shopping centers: Abasto, the country´s second largest mall, and Patio Bullrich. 100.750 sqm of surface 38.858 sqm of GLA 137 stores, 1736 parking lots, food court, 14 Showcase cinemas (3400 sits), entertainment area Museo de los Niños, Museo Ferroviario, events area and Hipermarket COTO.
