The Company announces that between May 17 and May 25, 2024, certain option holders have exercised their right to acquire additional shares.
Therefore, a total of 2,556,880 ordinary shares of the Company, with a par value of VN ARS 10, will be registered. As a result of the aforementioned exercise, USD 845,560.22 have been paid to the Company. As a result of the exercise of these options, the number of shares increased from 738,902,282 to 741,459,162 ordinary shares of VN ARS 10, the Company’s capital stock increased from 7,389,022,820 to 7,414,591,620, and the new number of outstanding options decreased from 77,624,512 to 75,668,184. We also inform you that the options have been exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the prospectus dated April 12, 2021 and supplementary notices, in connection with the Company’s offering of 80,000,000 ordinary shares and 80,000,000 options to subscribe ordinary shares (warrants).
