The Company announces that it has resolved to early redeem the total outstanding amount of Series IX Notes for USD 58,2 million maturing on March 1, 2023.
The proposed redemption will take place on February 17, 2023, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the Offering Memorandum of Series IX Notes.
The redemption price will be 100% of the face value of the Series IX Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest.
