The Company's Board of Directors resolved to extend the share repurchase program.
The Company informs that today, its Board of Directors has resolved to extend the term of the shares repurchase program for the acquisition of own shares approved on June 15, 2023, for an additional period of 180 days starting from the expiration date of the current term which will operate on December 13, 2023, maintaining the other terms and conditions duly informed.
The company reminds that the amount of the program approved is for up to ARS 5,000 million and that as of today, the Company has repurchased approximately 42.23% of it.
